Trailways Speedway -- Cody pulls double duty in the 270 and 600 micros.

2 • Hill Valley Speedway -- Cody takes his chances at $10,000
1st place money, but his hopes end as Jim Callahan cut across Cody's
path and destroyed the top wing and front suspension. Jim wound up
flipping down the backstretch after he made contact.

August
6 • Hill Valley Speedway -- Cody was pulling double duty this
weeked and almost won bot events. He walked away with the trophy in
the 600 race and a runner-up in the 270s. Quite an accomplishment
for thes young racer!

September
3 •
Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway (LANCO) -- Again Cody strapped himself
into the 270cc rocket and 600cc screamer to do battle for top honors
at the annual Labor Day Showdown. After a long weekend of racing,
Cody was a bit disappointed with the results.

October
29 • Susquehanna Speedway -- After spinning from the lead
in the heat race, Cody wowed the fans by passing 5 cars in one
lap and regaining the lead before the end of the race. That win
put him 3rd on the grid for the feature. He again showed his talent
by closing on the leader and almost passing under green. Cody
assumnd the lead when the former leader's chain broke and Cody
pulled away to a comfortable lead in a very competitive field.
